Big Ass Fans

Yes, we buy fans and are presently in need of large ceiling type fans for our factories. We will NOT buy yours. That is the most stupid advertisment I have seen in awhile. (Note: The writer is referring to our Fridge ads). What example is your company to the young people? I am offended to even read it.

I think your name is hysterical!! I am a Bible beating Christian as well as so many on the comments and kudos portion, and frankly, I think Jesus is pretty clear on the love one another thing, not bash one another. And what's the big deal anyway?? Is anyone trying to get Brittany Spears, Madonna, or Janet Jackson boycotted?? So this is for all the uptight, hypocritacal wanna be Christians out there...If Jesus were walking the earth right now with us, do you think he'd have nothing better to do than rag on a funny, creative, marketing concept by BIG ASS FANS??? I now wish I had thought of something that original for my own company... BTW, I am not an uneducated pre puberty child, as I am sure the brilliant people at Big Ass Fans aren't. Who really sounds dumb?? Not us.

Our society is getting coarsened in many ways, including by people using what I tell my boys is "bathroom humor." Bill Cosby said, "Anyone can get a laugh by dropping their pants, . . . but that's NOT comedy!" Your company name and advertising "jokes" are offensive because of what I see them doing to society as a whole. We don't want people "dropping their pants" in public! The name and "jokes" make your company appear to be run by people who either dropped out of college or never even made it there. This image makes you appear unintelligent and possibly not trustworthy (low view of morality and/or unskilled). I strongly recommend you reconsider your whole marketing plan!

I find your advertising offensive. Specifically - the use of the words "Big Ass". I understand that it probably attracts peoples attention and they find it humorous, but if the product truly stands for itself (it appears that this product does) then it is not necessary to use this means of advertising. No doubt it is not intended to offend, but just wanted to share my personal opinion and hopefully the opinions of others that believe in standing for what is right.

Your Big Ass Name is totally despicable. Great example for our youth!! I certainly would never buy one!!! (Then again, it might be an apt description of you.)
